Dear Friends and Partners,
On July 29, I stood in a room in Nashville surrounded by campus ministers from all over the U.S. We came from different cities and different campuses, but we shared one heartbeat: to see lives transformed by the Gospel in our nation’s universities.
That week, I learned something profound. Being fully funded isn’t just about meeting a budget, it’s about building a foundation strong enough to sustain ministry for years to come. At the University of South Florida, where I serve graduate students and faculty, that means securing a team of partners who believe in the vision and are committed to standing with us month after month.
Why monthly partners matter:
Monthly gifts create stability. They allow us to say “yes” to opportunities to disciple students, host Bible studies, serve faculty, and respond to needs in real time. Every recurring gift, whether $25, $50, $100, or more, helps us focus more on ministry and less on fundraising mid-year.
And yet, I am deeply grateful for every one-time gift. Those gifts have been the fuel that’s carried us forward to this point. Your generosity, whether one-time or monthly, has already made a tangible difference toward building our foundation.
My Story – From Footprints to Footsteps
During my own college years, life took an unexpected turn, I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter, Taylor, my junior year. I was part of InterVarsity at the time, but I remember those days through a “Footprints in the Sand” lens. When I couldn’t carry myself, Jesus carried me.
Now, years later, those footprints have become footsteps, my own path of walking alongside others through seasons where faith and life intersect. I understand what it’s like to feel uncertain yet called, to need a safe space, and to be reminded of God’s faithfulness. That’s why I am so passionate about being present for USF students and faculty during their defining years.
The Vision – Why I’m Uniquely Designed for This
God has been shaping me for this assignment all my life. My background in ministry, leadership, and relationship-building has equipped me to connect with both students and faculty in authentic, impactful ways.
At USF, the vision is clear:
