Hello friends and family,

I am so grateful for each of you. Truly. Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity have carried me further than I could have imagined. Because of you, students are being seen, discipled, and reminded that they are not alone.

As I step into this next stretch, I want to share both an update and an invitation.

Where We Are Right Now

I am in a final push to reach full funding so I can be on campus 100% full-time with students at USF.

Here is specifically what I am believing for:

  • 8 monthly partners at $100/month
  • 2 quarterly partners giving $100/month (billed quarterly)

I want to share something important about how I am counting this:

If you give $50, $20, or even $10, I will combine those gifts to build toward $100 monthly gift. Every amount matters and helps move the mission forward. My supervisor is looking at the system who has gone to the website and typed in their commitment. Verbal will not count towards getting me on campus, it must be entered here.

While one-time gifts are a blessing, this final stretch is about sustainability. Monthly partners allow me to consistently show up, disciple students, and build long-term impact on campus.

A Powerful Moment: Black Campus Ministries Conference

Recently, I had the honor of attending a Black Campus Ministries Conference with about 80 leaders from across the country.

There is something deeply meaningful about being in a room with peers who not only share faith in Christ but also share cultural experiences and history. That space created understanding, unity, and strength.

We had honest conversations about:

  • The realities facing Black communities across different regions
  • The impact of history and how it shapes present ministry
  • Social justice and the role of the Church
  • Black Greek life and its influence on campus culture
  • Ministry partnership development across cultures

One moment that truly stayed with me was learning about students from places like Ghana, where some families discourage their children from asking for financial support for ministry. It opened my eyes.

It made me reflect deeply.

I realized how grateful I am for the network God has given me. And it also stirred something in me for the future. My desire is not only to be funded, but one day to help fund and support students who are called to ministry but do not have access to support systems.

This is bigger than me. This is Kingdom work.

From My Heart

This season has stretched me, grown me, and reminded me that ministry is never done alone.

Every prayer. Every message. Every gift. Every share.

It all matters.

If you have been watching, praying, or considering partnering, I want to invite you to take that step now. This is the moment that moves me from part-time presence to full-time impact.

Thank you for believing in this mission and in the students God has called me to serve.

With gratitude and joy,
Jorgie πŸ’›

P.S. If $100/month feels like a stretch, any amount helps. I will combine gifts to reach the goal. Your yes matters more than the number.
